Ashtanga One-Month Intensive

Join others like you who want to learn, and immerse yourself in this One Month Mysore Ashtanga Intensive. Come as you are, beginner or old-school ashtangi, ALL are welcome. If you are new to ashtanga, please come. I will teach you the fundamentals and you will leave with a practice that you can take with you wherever you go. For seasoned ashtangis, bring your questions and come prepared to deepen your practice. I am honored and excited to share this sacred practice with you.

If you would like to discuss a sliding scale for the cost, please let's talk, no judgement.

Beginning at the first of the month, from 6-8a.m.

  • Doors open a bit earlier than 6a. Opening prayer at 6:30a.

  • Monday - Thursday Mysore Style Practice

  • Friday Led Primary at 6a

  • Saturday's are our rest day, no practice

  • Sunday Led Primary at 7a

  • First time? Expect to stay around 45min - 1 hour
