We will meet via Zoom, and all meetings will be recorded and found in the member area here at Johnnayoga.com.

Our Time Together

  • Session 1: PREP

    Days 1-3 // PREP

    Our first big step!

    Ayurveda 101; our time together will focus on building AGNI (digestive fire), OJAS (ultimate energy container) and reducing AMA (toxins)

    Dinacharya; create a daily routine that allows you to start your day by loving yourself

    Planning your cleanse; purchase products, mark your calendar & other considerations

    The Mono Diet & Kitchari; what it is and the why it’s so important

    As a result from Session 1, you will understand the why of an Ayurveda cleanse and understand how to bring your body, mind, and energy back into optimal health. You can call it how to get "Happy, Healthy, and Sexy" (great ayurveda book by Katie Silcox too!)

  • Session 2: CLEANSE

    DAYS 4-8 // CLEANSE

    Putting your prep work into action; this is where we begin the active cleansing stage!

    Daily support: tips + tricks + journal prompts built for each day; via your teachable account

    Our active Ayurveda cleanse time will restore and recover your sense of balance and ease. This is a food cleanse, you will be able to nourish and eat, not starve or do without!

    Imagine your body learning rediscovering vitality!

  • Session 3: TRANSITION

    DAYS 9-10 // TRANSITION

    Emotional Processing; reflection on the cleanse and what new positive habits you will implement into your life

    Reintroduction; slowly reintroduce other foods back into your diet. As you do, you will have the opportunity to notice how those foods effect your body + mood :)

    The Nervous System; discovering how to move from overwhelm to ease and anxiety to presence

    Ojas & Your Love Power; coming home to the power of light & love that resides inside of you

    Our cleanse is a time to bring our bodies and minds back to a clear and calm vitality- honey it's your natural state. This transition phase is the space we all need in order to keep your digestive fire LIT! We will discuss the body as temple, the nervous system, and emotional processing.

This is why I offer the Ayurvedic cleanse twice yearly, during the fall and spring transitions. Transitions are when we are meant to pay the most attention, to notice nature, and to slow down. Right now, it’s fall, a time of year to pause, transform, and replenish, and remember how important, how holy you are. Only then can you give as much as you do without emptying your cup. I am honored to be your guide and to create a supportive space for your nurturing cleanse.

Do we eat real foods or is this some juice cleanse BS?

No BS here! This cleanse is full of satisfying nutritional foods.

Will I be hungry?

Between the protein, healthy fats and no limits on how much you can eat you should feel satiated each day.

Can I drink coffee?

If you have been looking for an opportunity to quit coffee, this is a fantastic time! If this is not the right time for you to quit, we highly recommend organic coffee since non-organic is filled with pesticides.

What if I can't cleanse on these particular dates?

This workshop will provide you with the tools to do this cleanse safely and effectively on your own. You can still join to learn about it and be a part of the community and then actively cleanse on your own.

I'm not familiar with Ayurveda, will I still benefit from this?

Yes! We believe whole heartedly in the practices of Ayurveda and we share them in a way that the modern day goddess can relate!

What if I don't have facebook?

This part is an optional treat which we included to promote community.
