Join us for a once in a lifetime yoga retreat to the Eastern Coast of Portugal. We will celebrate the fun of travel, community, and yoga against a backdrop of majestic coastal views, charming villages, secluded beaches and incredible wine and food. This retreat will include 5 nights at Cocoon Portugal, a 275-acre farm, situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, also known as the Costa Vicentina. Located 2 hours south of Lisbon, the Vicentine Coast Natural Park runs about 100km down the Coast of Portugal and is made up of long stretches of untouched coastline and charming, white-washed villages. The coast is ideal for swimming, horseback riding, surfing and world-class hiking.
Our days will consist of ease and exploration. We will explore yoga styles like hatha yoga, pranayama, meditations along with vinyasa flow practices! And you will have the add-on activities that include: surf lessons, horseback riding, a secret swim hole picnic hike, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, wine tasting, breathtaking coastal hikes, massage/body work and unlimited exploration of the coastline and villages within driving distance. The list of options is long!

Our Journey in Portugal includes:
5 night’s accommodation
Daily yoga classes including Sunrise meditation
Manduka Yoga Mats, Blocks, and Straps
Bolsters, Weighted Sandbags, Portugese Blankets
Three local, mostly vegetarian meals per day
Cocoon serves local food, with most of its produce coming from the property and nearby farms. The kitchen is mostly plant-forward, however, eggs from Cocoon chickens, local cheeses and some wild-caught, sustainable Atlantic fish will be served.
Transportation to and from Lisbon to Cocoon.
On the day of your arrival, you will be met at Lisbon International Airport and we will all drive to Cocoon. If you are arriving with others, you will be transported together. You will be transported with the group back to the airport on the day of departure.

Pay your non-refundable (non-transferable) $550 deposit to secure your spot.
Early Bird Pricing: to be eligible for early bird pricing you must be paid in full by January 1, 2024. This will save you $100!
Regular Pricing: You must be paid in full by January 1, 2024.
All sign ups after January 1, 2024 must be paid in full upon registration.

These beautiful, shared rooms open to a grassy outdoor area. Pease note these rooms share a bath between two rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FAQ

Unforeseen Circumstances:
We are not responsible for any of the following (and there will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, injury, or illness) For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
Retreat Final Balance, Late Payments, Refunds:
If your invoice is Early Bird Pricing and your final payment is not received by January 1, 2024, your invoice will move to Regular Pricing and be updated with your new due date as January 15, 2024 plus the dollar difference between the pricing. If your invoice is Regular Pricing, and your payment is not received within 48 hours of your original due date, a $25 late fee will be added. **Any final balance payments not received within 72 hours of your original due date may result in a forfeiture of your booking.
