By joining us and other like-minded individuals, you will be participating in a teacher training program that will provide you with the tools, hands-on experience and confidence needed to teach and assist an empowered and challenging power vinyasa yoga class, a restorative and healing deep stretch class and a guided meditation. For those already teaching yoga, you will finish this program having tapped into an inner vitality and passion that will shift your students at the energetic level. With live coaching during training, you will witness and experience shifts in your teaching that will bring you to a more authentic and passionate platform to share with others. Students will also leave training with the tools necessary to work privately with students to deliver a practice to the individual, catered specific to your student’s needs at that time.
