    1. Foundation of Ashtanga Yoga and Guided Primary Series: Align with the bhavana of Ashtanga Yoga. It's so much more than yoga on the mat, it's an ever-present yogic daily lifestyle practice. We will discuss the philosophy, prayers, and tristhana method combined to make Ashtanga Yoga a powerful tool for self exploration, as well as experience the practice of guided Primary Series. Discussion followed by asana practice.

     

    2. Learn to float Ashtanga: Meet challenge with grace. This workshop introduces you to a simplified 3 step method for working on your Jump Through and Jump Back: Stabilize, engage, and float! Harness your inner and outer strength with these three fundamental techniques, practice repetitively, and you will progress! This workshop is mostly asana, with some interactive discussion.

     

    3. Intro to Second Series
    The Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga, Nādī Śhodana, is a step by step progression built from the foundation of Primary Series designed to cleanse the nervous system . In this introductory workshop we will lightheartedly explore each posture, their relationship to each other, and experience the guided transitions. Gain the skills to move forward in the practice with wisdom and awareness. This workshop is mostly asana, with some interactive discussion.
